Shipping time and delivery information confirmation

All finished good off the shelf will be dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Once our system accepts your order, you will receive an order confirmation automatically, including payment details, receiver’s name, address, phone number, order item number and total amount. It may take a few minutes for an order confirmation.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your SPAM mail folder.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

Any international shipment is via Fedex.

Price

For any international business, all prices shown are in U.S. dollars.

All orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. You can use credit card and Paypal.

Regarding the currency at the final step of payment, it will show NTD (New Taiwanese Dollar) that is correct based on our bank payment handling procedure.

Once shipments cannot be carried out to a given addresses based on some reasons, we reserve the right to cancel order and to full refund to customers.

Shipping charge

Our shipping charge are determined by the packing dimensions of products as well as the final destination of your order.

You always know the shipping cost before you submit your order. To select your delivery country from the drop down list, the exact shipping cost are calculated immediately by our system.

Please be aware that we will not be able to pay any incidental costs upon entry to your country. Please inform yourself about the precise import regulations and fees in your country in advance.
